Room in house available Hackney Downs

We’re looking for a new roomie for our lovely home in Hackney Downs. It’s a spacious, three-story, 3 beds 2 baths (+ extra toilet) house, located in a quiet close just opposite Hackney Downs Park, also within walking distance to Dalston, Clapton, Stoke Newington, and London Fields. It comes with a huge attic, and a sunbathing-friendly jungle/garden which has been a treat to have.

You’ll be sharing with me, Sarah a 27-year-old Malteser working in Fashion/Tech, and Federica a 29-year-old Malteser and talented Artist and anything Apple wizard. This space is very much our home so we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe who will invest/clean/look after it and who is LGBTQi+ friendly!

The room itself: this is a double room on the second floor a lot of light. It has a built-in wardrobe and space for a dresser or desk. Ideally, we are looking for someone who won’t be working from home. The room is right next to the bathroom in the photos which will basically be yours.

The boring bits:
Move-in date: 25th June.
Rent: 925 + bills (around 150 including water, electricity, internet, council tax, cleaner)
Deposit: 833.33 + 50 admin fee
No students or couples, sorry!
Viewings: 3 of May evening and 4th May 12-2pm
