Beautiful house with a large garden in Hackney is looking for a lovely soul to call it home. A furnished double bedroom overlooking the garden is available from May. You will be sharing only with one Brazilian lady in her late thirties working in Film and TV.
The house is located on a quiet street between London Fields and Vic Park. We are just off Well Street, which is famous for its shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, Yoga and Pilates studio. Plus we have a large Tesco just around the corner.
Rent £800 + bills (around £150). Council Tax Band D.

Looking for a flatmate in their thirties, who wants to make this place a home rather than a lodger. If you are someone who wants to get involved in maintaining the house, who cleans up after yourself and enjoys having a proper BBQ - this might be the place for you 🙂
