Gorgeous three bed house just off Victoria park Road. Open plan living and dining room that leads out to a garden full of roses which is wonderful in spring and summer. Kitchen with all the necessities, own shelf in fridge and own cupboard as well as shared crockery and kitchen equipment. Bathroom has a good shower above the bath with good water pressure.

Area
Located a 2 min walk from Broadway market and a 10 min walk from Victoria Park. In a quiet close with lovely neighbours who don’t mind some late drinks in the garden in summer. Sainsburys local across the road and a Lidl and Iceland a short walk away.

Housemates
2 professional friends in their mid thirties. Both work full time Monday-Friday. Love watching telly and getting a takeaway but also respect space and privacy. Have BBQs and drinks in the garden in summer and movie/Netflix binges on the sofa when the weather is crappy. No cleaner or cleaning rota, everyone is an active member of the house from cleaning, to sorting bins, cooking, washing up and sorting the garden.

You
Preferably female, professional and above 30. Apart from that someone who will be a lovely addition to the house. I’m very sad to be leaving this wonderful home and am excited to find someone who’d be a good fit.
