4 bed house in Hackney Downs - 1 room available

Hey there! We have a spare room available at a beautiful victorian house. The house overlooks Hackney Downs Park and is set over two floors, with an open plan kitchen and living room on the upper floor. The lower floor has a patio along with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The room will have a bed and a mattress (possibility to buy a desk and clothes rail).

We are an easy going bunch and all have a lot going on in our lives but enjoy catching up when we see each other with an occasional drink. We are tidy, not leaving our mess for anyone else to pick up. Consideration and respect for everyone else is important.

Bills are roughly £90 per month incl. council tax.

You: A tidy and easy going professional (no students) who treat their house like a home, with conscious use of energy (to save on bills and help the environment) . WFH no more than twice a week. Late-20s to early-30s.
