We have an ensuite room available from 27 May in our rental home in Hackney. The house is furnished (by owners and current tenants) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the lease is until Sept (with likely option to renew).

The shared living space is comfortable and the kitchen is spacious, with underfloor heating throughout the house, modern finishes and an outdoor courtyard.

The current tenants are both working professionals looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful to join us. We work from home about 3 days a week, and are actively in and out, so it would be great to have someone who also has the option to go into the office.

THE ROOM
The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and external built in cupboard (short hanging, not pictured). The long white hanging cupboard in the pictures is for sale but it can be left if you’re interested in buying it. The ensuite is excellent, with heated towel racks and floors.

Bills are around £150p/m for utilities, internet, alarm system and council rates.
