The Flat:
This is a two bedroom ground floor flat in a residential building just in between Broadway market and Colombia road. The flat has a large light filled living room, a separate kitchen and spacious bathroom.
The private patio is accessible directly from your room, it's fenced off and part of a larger shared internal courtyard.
The furnishings that come with the room are a bed and bedside table with the option to buy a wardrobe (£50) off the departing flatmate.

Flatmate:
Your future flatmate works as a restaurant manager so will often be out in the evenings leaving you with the place for yourself.

The lease:
You would be replacing me on the lease. There are 9 months remaining on it and you will need to apply and pass a referencing check from our agency Foxtons. I'm moving out to move in with my partner.

Bills:
Bills are not included and are shared with the flatmate.
Council tax, broadband, energy and water are currently coming in at £196/month for a single person in the room.
