We have a lovely room about to become available in our three-storey Victorian terrace in Lower Clapton.

This is a very spacious house with two dining areas, a light-filled living room (with fireplace), conservatory (with washer and dryer), large kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a gorgeous free-standing tub), a back garden, and more.

The room available is on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view of the rear gardens. It’s big enough for a double bed, large desk and storage. Room comes with a bed and wardrobe. Some of the furniture in the photos belongs to the current tenant.

You’ll be living with Pia (29, Academic, Austrian), Joe (28, Producer, British) and Aman (35, Artist, British). We all love living here and consider the house as our chill oasis from hectic London life.

The house is a few steps away from Chatsworth Road and Lower Clapton Road; a 15-minute walk to both Homerton and Hackney Central; and a 20-minute walk to London Fields and Victoria Park.

You’ll never run out of places to go in Clapton. We’ve got P Franco, Yard Sale and My Neighbours The Dumplings nearby; and on Chatsworth Road there’s a market every Sunday, Castle Cinema and many grocery shops; not to mention a few of our favourite locals: Chesham Arms, The Elderfield and The Pembury.

Also we’re 10mins from Hackney Marshes if you feel like a long walk, run, cycle or picnic.

The details:
The room is £812 per month plus bills, which average around £120 a month (including fortnightly cleaner).

We'd like to find a new tenant starting from July 1st. Our landlady requires photo ID and details of prior landlord references.
