Occupying the upper two floors of a charming period terraced house the maisonette is situated in simply the best spot in Town. A stones throw from Columbia Road and its famous flower market, a short walk to the fashionable Broadway Market in one direction, Bricklane and Shoreditch in the other, with Bethnal Green Tube Station and its direct line to the West End less than 5min away.

Designed and fully refurbished by the owners, 2 young english architects just a year ago, its full of charm and invention with stripped wood floors, mid century modern furniture, original fireplaces and the cosiest bathroom ever...and the best feature is the incredibly bright and airey open plan kitchen, living and dining room and roof terrace overlooking the roof tops to the city beyond. The only house in the street to be converted its totally secluded and perfect for eating outside (yes we are still having dinner parties alfresco!) or enjoying a drink watching the sunset over london.

The first room has a big double bed, very good quality mattress, an open outlook with west light. The second room is an excellent size with a double bed, very comfortable, overlooking a private lane and artist studio and enjoys the morning light. The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a washing machine and the whole look makes it very charming and clean.

I have many cool adresses of bars/ cafes/ restaurants in the area that I can share with you and hope that you will enjoy coming here to stay and will no doubt leave loving our friendly neighbourhood.
