Gorgeous Homerton Flat/2Bathrooms/Large Terrace!

A LITTLE ABOUT US
We are happy professionals with a mix of nationalities who enjoy the usual stuff-travelling, nice wine, cooking, gigs, movies on the projector and are looking for somebody to share our lovely home.
We are easygoing and def not ocd but do make an effort to keep the shared space clean.
We each put an additional £10 per month to have a cleaner come to deep clean shared spaces.

We are pretty busy with work in the week but do invite friends over for dinners and like to have a relaxed sociable atmosphere without going too crazy (in the house at least!). We do also like quiet nights in with a movie.
We love our terrace and have bbq s there in the summer.

LOCAL AREA
Homerton is fast becoming one of the most desirable areas in East London.
It has beautiful residential atmosphere with the beauty and wide open spaces of the marshes and Victoria Park just a stroll away.
Chatsworth Rd has some lovely independent cafes, antiques shops and bars playing live music.
Its also just a 10 min walk into the more bustling Hackney Central and the super trendy London Fields, Broadway market.

THE ROOM
The room is a double room.
Freshly painted white. Wooden flooring throughout the flat.
Unfurnished. There is a desk and a mattress already there if wanted.

The flat is a recently renovated Victorian period conversion

We have 2 bathrooms which both have showers, a big terrace, dishwasher, double oven, separate wine cooler, projector for watching movies and much more...

The rent is £850 per month. All bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, water, wi fi internet)

TRANSPORT
7 mins walk to Homerton Overground Station (which connects with the tube at highbury&islinton)
15 mins walk to Hackney Central
5 mins walk to the trendy Chatsworth Road
13 Min walk to Clapton Pond

With the overground train (Homerton station), connections to Central London are super fast.
For example oxford circus/Green Park/Mayfair is under a 40min commute.
Stratford and Canary Wharf are all easy commutes also.

There is a bus stop at the end of our street and in addition we are very close to homerton hospital, where the all important night bus 242 goes.
