Double Room in Homerton Available from 11th June to 3rd August (Dates slightly Flexible if needed)

A fully furnished double room in a 3-bedroom house (only 3 people in total) is available.

The house is amazing, newly refurbished, with a huge and bright living room, garden, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

- **Location**: 7 minutes walking from Homerton Overground Station. Bus stops are just outside the flat (242, 308, and around the corner, also 425, 236, 394, 30, 26…). Excellent night bus connections.
- **Neighborhood**: Right on Chatsworth Road, full of cafes and restaurants, with a nice market on Sunday and a cinema (hopefully reopening soon) just around the corner. You are also really close to Hackney Wick, London Fields, Broadway Market, Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park, etc.

You will share the flat with myself and Domitilla, and we are really easy-going and sociable people.

- **Rent**: £850 pcm + bills (approximately £150 pcm, including cleaner)
