Large Double - New Build in Hackney Wick

Hi!

I'm Rob, I'm 32, work as a Product Manager by day and (still) dream of being a professional snowboarder by night. I'm a cricket and football fan, like live music, comedy and theatre, and pints of cheap tasteless lager. I'm in the office 4 days out of 5. Usually found making frozen margaritas on Fridays.

Ben is housemates number 2. We've known each other awhile but we want to bring someone else in to enjoy our shit chat and make new in-jokes. Ben is also 32, works in Video Production/Marketing, is a big Disco and House fan and loves film. Ben works from home most days.

We'd like to find someone relatively laid back, housetrained, social but respectful during the week, and up for being up for being slightly less well behaved at the weekend and heading to the pub/club. Probs not gonna work out if you're a Jacob Rees Mogg/Brexit fan.

We often cook for each other and would love your to get involved - even better if you're vegetarian as we're trying to eat less meat... Same goes for board games. Someone needs to beat Ben at Catan.

We've been sharing with Ash, who is a woman from South Africa and it's been great so ideally we'd like another woman to take her place.

The room:

Good sized double, technically the largest in the flat but doesn't have the en-suite. Comes with a bed, mattress and also has built in wardrobes. It's a bit of blank canvas for whoever moves in. You could easily add a desk, chair, chest of drawers etc.

The flat:

Pretty big and spacious. Swish kitchen with 2 ovens and *dishwasher*. Nice balcony. Has bike storage downstairs, a gym and concierge. We have built in fans in the ceiling which keep bedrooms cool (ish) in summer and Sonos in the living room.

Bills are relatively pretty good as it's very energy efficient. Around £135 a month I think including council tax.
