I'm looking for a potentially short let for a private room in my two floor maisonette. The room has it's own entrance from outside and bathroom next to it. The whole area is private to the rest of the flat and there is a mini fridge, kettle, microwave plus some cups and dishes etc.
The person wouldn't have access to the rest of the flat so we wouldn't see each other on a regular basis.
I'm looking for a minimum of one month - max of approximately 3 months but if this arrangement suited the tenant, we could work out something longer. The price is non-negotiable.
There are laundry facilities in The Steam Room a couple of mins walk from the flat.
