Double room in lovely 2 bed in haggerston
Heya - I’m looking for someone to fill my room in our 2 bed flat in E2 as I’m sadly moving out of London. Flats a 10 min walk from Hoxton station and Broadway market, £1,250 per month and £177 bills.
You’ll be sharing with my lovely flatmate Lauren, 23 and her cute pooch Zeek - so must like dogs! Looking for someone easy going, friendly and likes to keep the place clean and tidy.
Room is cute and bright due to the 2 windows, have a little nook for a desk and chair. Wfh is completely fine and Lauren is wfh most days. The main bathroom will be yours as the other bedroom has an en-suite. Room comes unfurnished but I only plan on taking the drawers and desk chair so happy to discuss - and all the living room furniture is my flatmates.
You will be signing on to the lease and I’ll pay the name change. Needs all the usual right to remain in UK, salary 2.5 the rent and adverse credit. Lease will be up in September but can sign on to the next year. Deposit of £1390.
Ideally looking for someone to take over from 8th May - but can be flex on date :)
Looking to do viewings soon!
