IQ Hammersmith student accomodation finding someone to take over the tenancy.
Rent price and start date can be flexible, but end date is fixed on 31st Aug.
Facility includes laundry room, gym, and a small garden downstairs.
My room is bronze studio courtyard plus, which includes kitchen, microwave, fridge, etc. The landlord allows maximum two person living in a room.
Hammersmith station is available in 5 min walk. Variable stores can be accessed in walking distance, including Tesco, Sainsbury, M&S, IKEA, Boots, and H&B.
