I have a large double room available unfurnished - with a wardrobe - in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in iconic Shepherd's Bush/Hammersmith buidling 'The Grampians'.

The room is the 'reception room' in the floorplan - but the double doors to the living room shut, and we have kept a wardrobe on one side and the drinks cabinet on the other. It is a purpose built 2 bed flat that was converted into a 1 bed, but we have happily used it as a 2 bed for three years.

The flat has parquet and marble floors, a good sized kitchen, and bathroom with bath and shower.

The living room is tastefully decorated, and period features are seen throughout the flat.

The garden is quiet and a lovely place to work/relax in summer - I got a pretty good tan out there last year!

All bills including council tax (band c), ground rent, water, electric/gas, broadband and home insurance are included. There is a one-off payment for the TV license once a year.

Photos are from our landlord before the flat was let to us, so furniture is different - I'm happy to send more pictures (my housemate has boxes in the room at the moment!) and come and see for yourself! I also have a video of the room that my housemate made - and am happy to share this.

I am a busy professional working as a campaigner for a charity - work keeps me away sometimes, but I am always up for a glass of wine/dinner/chill when I'm in the flat, and am also happy for us to do our own thing!
