En Suite Double Room W6 - all bills included

Hello,

En suite double room available from next week in Hammersmith. I apologise for the photos which were taken on my phone - it will be a pleasant suprise when you view.

The room is on the second floor and faces the garden and is light and airy in summer. It has a double bed, desk, and wardrobe.

It has it's own small en-suite toilet/shower.

Approximate dimensions of the room are 13ftx10ft, and the en-suite shower room is approx. 3ftx6ft.

The house is a 6 bed, with a large shared living room and kitchen, a small garden with BBQ and picnic table and a small secondary kitchen. It has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The other housemates are 3 boys and 2 girls, working in various different fields but mostly 9-5. Age range 25-29.

The room is advertised for £1050, and all bills (including 100mbps broadband, Sky TV, council tax and a cleaner who comes once weekly) are included. There is no deposit (although we do ask 1 month of rent upfront), no maximum or minimum stay, and there are no arrangement fees, no agents involved, or other extras to pay.

Please reply with your name, age, occupation and when you are hoping to move in. The room will be available from approx. 13th May. We will hold viewings on the evening of 13th May and the evening of 14th May.
