I have a super spacious double room 1 min away from the Picadilly Line in Barons Court Station. Almost central , 15min train ride to Picadilly circus. Location is excellent, it´s a safe and beautiful area and there´s night tube to our door.

There are only 2 bedrooms in the flat. Yours would be the bigger one (photos might not show it but it is 4x3.60m) and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and sofa (sofa could be removed). It has a lot of light during the day and faces a quiet residential road.

My flatmate is moving out and I need someone to replace him in the tenancy contract (1 year). You would be cohabiting with me only - queer graphic designer who values the home as a safe space above all. I´m an introvert, tend to mind my own business and respect personal space and privacy.

I´m also soft natured so I´m looking for a caring and respectful individual to build a healthy relationship with and create a pleasant home environment. Healthy communication skills are a must.

Please note, there is no living room in the flat.
