Located on the first floor overlooking part of the rear garden this sunny double room comes furnished with a faux leather double ottoman bed (that boasts under bed storage), a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe which gives should good storage space, and there's also a desk which makes it ideal for someone who may need to work from home from time to time.

House:

The house has good sized rooms, a cosy lounge which incorporates a comfy sofa and dining table. There's also a well equipped kitchen which has all of the stuff you'd expect to find. Finally there's a nice modern bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower over the bath (which is shared with 3 others only).

The lounge boasts a flatscreen TV with Smart TV functionality and 50Mbit fibre optic internet connection for the house from BT and the router is located central to the house with a booster box so that everyone can enjoy wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hallway so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

The Area:

The house is a slightly longer walk to Parsons Green or Fulham Broadway but you get the benefit of a well priced house and a small household. Parsons Green is awesome for its shops and so is Fulham Broadway for its cute bespoke shops as well as your main shops and restaurants.

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The Housemates:

The house has 1 single occupant (in the ensuite room NOT YOUR ROOM) and 3 other single occupants in the other rooms so a total of 4 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.

We always reference our tenants, you will need to be able to provide proof of income and pass a credit check.

The tv (55 inches 4k smart) and the stand doesn’t come with the room, but I am happy to sell.
