Lease Transfer In Fulham For 3 Months

As I'll be leaving London for the summer, I'm looking to re-let my room to a female student. The room is a double in a two-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen, located in Fulham (Kingwood Road, SW6 6SW). The room offers a charming view of the rooftops, as we are on the top floor (4th floor). It comes furnished.

I am reletting for the summer term, from the 10th of June to the 10th of September 2024- possibility to stay until the 11th of october if you want to. The monthly rent, excluding bills, is £900- I will reduce it to 850£ for this lease. We pay £34 for water and £24 for Wi-Fi for two. The costs for electricity and gas vary. The apartment is managed by an agency, which is convenient as they promptly send someone to fix and repair any issues. You'll be signing a lease, legally taking over my tenancy. There is no deposit scheme required.

The tenant you'll be sharing the flat with is a current Master's student who will be studying over the summer. She is very clean and tidy, and we're looking for someone who shares these qualities. She enjoys theatre shows, trying new restaurants, and dancing. It would be beneficial if you could meet over the phone beforehand.
