Type: studio, 4th floor, superb soundproofing and lighting.

Equipment: oven, microwave, fridge, multiple induction cookers (newly replaced!) The heater, IKEA coat racks, I installed filters in every tap, water filters cleaning tools, etc. are all given to you with the room in turnkey condition!

Rental period: anytime in June - 28th August (negotiable), it is best if you can cover all!

Price: The official website's original price was 380pw, now the price I reduced it to 275pw, all bills included, no extra cost, gym and other facilities all kinds of free.

🏖️ living conditions:
Apartment facilities: gym, TV room (including a casually playing PS5), piano room, study room (the environment is superb large floor-to-ceiling windows can look outside the scenery), laundry, garden, reception (there is a special perfect security and receive courier system (now lost courier is not possible))

Transportation: 4 minutes walk to the metro station, out of the flat is the bus station, usually I get off the bus that is home, 8 minutes walk to the nearest Hammersmith shopping street, supermarkets. There are also boots, IKEA, and all kinds of banks, it's a mini UK! You can find everything you need, and a lot of good food too. Ravenscourt Park is a five-minute walk away, so it's easy to come and relax anytime, so it's super convenient to live here!

Surroundings: residential area in West London, very quiet and safe! It's in a residential area so there are many shopping streets around!

I decide to move to another city so out of this one! This house is comfortable to live in! And will send a bunch of living supplies with the house, so you can come to enjoy two or three months!
