Double room with en-suite (bills included)

Our housemate recently moved out and we're looking to find someone to take her room ideally by the end of May.

Price: The cost is £1,050 per month, this includes all bills: water, gas and electric, council tax, Internet, even Netflix, sky and our lovely cleaner (who comes weekly to clean communal areas).

The room: It's got a double bed, desk, chair, draws and cupboard. There's an en-suite, but be aware it's very small. The landlord has said anything that doesn't work can easily be replaced you just need to ask for it, he's pretty chill.

The house: it's around a 10-15 minute walk to both Hammersmith station and barons court station.

It's a 6 bed, nearly everyone has an en-suite, but there are also 2 communal bathrooms.

We have a shared living room, 2 kitchens and a garden, so although there's a lot of us there's a lot of space too!

We've also got a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The housemates: There's currently 5 of us, 2 female and 3 male aged 24-27. A few of us know each other from university but we all like to hang out and are pretty sociable. We like to have the odd bbq and typically catch up at night over some food and tv.
