We have a lovely double room available in our friendly Hammersmith flat from July!

THE FLAT:

Our three bedroom first story flat is on a quiet street, with a spacious lounge room, separate kitchen with large pantry and dishwasher, and a modern bathroom. We also have a large backyard which is perfect for barbecues in the Summer.

THE ROOM:

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws and desk.
Option to purchase existing wardrobe, tall boy, mirrors and bedside table if preferred.

Bills: £150 approx
Security Deposit: £577

Move in date is 8th of July although happy to be flexible with the date.

THE FLATMATES:

You’ll be living with two lovely and sociable Australian’s in their early 30s. Both are working professionals.
We all get along great and love a movie night, a pub quiz, or catching up over a wine.

LOCATION:

We’re located just off Fulham Palace Road in Hammersmith with convenient access to ammenities such a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Pret and Boots.

It’s also a 2 minute walk from the river, which has a great selection of pubs and restaurants. It’s also perfect to go for a riverside run!
