Spare room to rent at the top of an old Victorian building. Nice area of Hampstead in the middle of Hampstead station and Belsize, Park Station. Travel - we are in Zone 2, 5 -10 minute walk to underground (Northern Line) and over ground stations. Buses 168, 24, 46, 268 and C11 20 minutes into Central London. Walking distance from Camden Lock and Hampstead Heath.

You will have access to your double room (THERE IS NO EN-SUITE), which has lovely views of London, a double bed, bed side cabinet, wardrobe, small desk/chair, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a shared bathroom, with bath, shower and WC, as well as an additional WC. The Kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker/microwave/air fryer and small table and chairs, which you are welcome to use.

I am a teacher and my partner is a driver and we are a mature couple, living full time in the property and are looking to share with someone who is polite and appreciates a clean and tidy environment.
