Large double bed for rent in Hampstead

A large double bedroom available for rent from August 10, 2014 in a recently converted house. We are a 34-year-old Greek-South African dentist and a 32 Palestinian journalist looking for a guy or girl to take the room of our third housemate who is moving in with his girlfriend. The house is our home and our sanctuary and we treat it as such. We are close friends who enjoy each others company and the company of others with respect to personal space.

The house is detached with a large patio and a GREAT location. Metropolitan and Jubilee lines are right across as well as Waitrose, cinema, great choice of restaurants, gyms and pretty much anything you need! One of the many reasons why we love the house so much. There is plenty of storage space if you have a bike and easy access to nearby parks and public transport.

The room is a large double bed that comes furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, closet and a bedside lamp. Everything else you need in a house is there.

Our ideal housemate would be a professional guy or gal between the age of 30-38. Friendly, clean, tidy and accepting of the occasional visiting friends. Given our Mediterranean background, we are looking for someone to share our home. We enjoy sharing the occasional meals, glass of wine or a night out when our schedules allow us.

The house is especially ideal for anyone working at The Royal Free Hospital.
