As the owner (single female aged 37) am looking for a non-smoking professional female lodger (age 27 – 45) who is very clean and tidy, friendly, has a mature attitude and down to earth sense of humour, considerate and independent. If, like me, you are very busy and often work long hours and simply just want somewhere beautiful and clean with no hassle to come back to at the end of the night and to be a quiet recharge haven without people coming and going at all hours, somewhere that is more of a stress-free, mutually respectful grown-up base rather than a student-type flatshare - then this is for you! My current flatmate is relocating due to her job. We give each other space to chill whilst also having a meal or glass of wine to have a nice catch up once every few weeks or a guilty pleasure TV / movie night. Am very keen on finding the right person so won't be releasing the room to the first people who express an interest - so please do get in touch!

The rent is £1015 per month which includes all bills for ease (gas /elec / water / council tax / BT landline rental (not calls) / sky wireless broadband internet and sky + television package incl. movies) and a cleaner. All mod cons – dishwasher / tumble dryer / microwave / washing machine etc, Yale security alarm system, very recently redecorated.

Very well-situated close to train and tube stations, amenities and social / recreational areas and facilities. Finchley Road tube 10 mins walk, Finchley and Frognal Station 7 mins walk, West Hampstead tube / Thameslink 10 mins walk, Hampstead tube 10 mins walk. Bus stops right outside the flat (113 / 82 / 13). Very close to West End Lane, Hampstead High Street and O2 Centre. Large Sainsburys in O2 centre; Waitrose at Finchley Road Station; Esporta and Wellness Centre Gyms; Odeon, Everyman and Vue Cinemas, Hampstead Heath etc all very close by. However, there is no parking at the property.
