Double Room Hampstead Heath

I have a bright and good sized, furnished double room to let in a two bed flat sharing with myself. The flat is a good size, bright and airy, with a well equipped kitchen inc. washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is also a balcony ideal for enjoying a relaxing glass of wine or drying your washing!!

I'm from York and moved to London around a year ago. I work in retail for a well known home coffee company, so have an unlimited supply if you like a good coffee! Due to my job I work a variety of hours and shifts, over 7 days.

I enjoy a good natter but also my own space and company, along with eating, I love food and a nice glass of wine! Ideally I'm looking for someone who enjoys the same but also is comfortable if left on their own. The only thing I am really keen on is someone who isn't messy and keeps the communal areas clean and tidy. However what you do in your own room is up to you (within reason!!).

I do have two cats, so must be an animal lover and non allergic!
