Double room in Hanwell

Looking for a full time female lodger for a furnished double room in a nice house in Hanwell. The bedroom is on the ground floor and the bathroom is shared with the occupants of the house.

This is a family house with a child and 2 cats, and is reflected in the price, I work partially from home so ideally would want someone who works in the office during the week.

10 mins walk to Hanwell station on Elizabeth line into Central London - approximately 20 minutes to Tottenham court road, and nearby bus stops to Ealing Broadway, Hanwell, Greenford and Northfields.

Cost includes all bills and council tax. Room is available for a minimum stay of 3 months from 8th May.
(Would also consider female on a Mon-Fri only basis for £550/month).
