Double room in Victorian terrace, garden view

Hello!

After almost 3 years our lovely housemate is leaving to move in with her partner meaning we have a room available in our lovely Victorian terraced house. It has high ceilings and an original fireplace in with hard wood floors, and overlooks the garden so is nice and quiet. The house is over 4 split levels and this is on the 2nd floor along with one other housemate. The bathroom is on the 1st floor and shared with one other housemate.

We have a spare room on the 1st floor (if the new housemate prefers this could be your room instead, but it is a little smaller!) which we use when we have friends to stay etc.

House benefits from not only having a really sunny living room, but also some dining/living space in the kitchen and a sizeable garden.

The current household consists of two A&E nurses (so we get shift work!) and one engineer who works flexibly from home or in the office. This means it can be rare for us all to be in at once but when we are we do like to do things together whether it’s in the house or out!

Everyone is very respectful of one another too, we take it in turns to clean each week and bills are all split equally, the property is council tax band D and I can give a full breakdown of bills if needed! The estate agents will want references and will do a credit check, and the deposit is actually £980.78 but the website was having a meltdown when I tried to enter this
