Double Room Opposite Finsbury Park

Hello,

So I’m moving out of my lovely room right opposite Finsbury Park soon and I’m looking for someone to replace me.

Info:
It’s a nice double room with a window at the back of the property. It comes with a double bed, a desk and chair. (You will need to get a rail/wardrobe for clothes). There is also a small room attached to the room, which I use as a humble office space, with the tenant before me using it as a walk in wardrobe.

The flat comprises of two other people, J and S. They are both professionals but have their own interests which fuel their social life. S is in the comedy scene whilst Joe is an Arsenal fan.

There’s a shared living room (which is just a wide hallway), we tried to make it a nice place to bring guests outside of your room.

We have a kitchen with access to the garden, with a brand new hob, and brand new washing machine.

There is a garden, which is massive. With a shed with a sofa in at the end. But the grass definitely needs some love!

Bath room has a walk in shower and a separate bath.

Bills come to around around 110-130 every month. (With WiFi included).
