Huge unfurnished double room available in a really bright, spacious and comfortable 2 bed and 2 bathroom flat. I have an en-suite so you’d pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself. Great transport links with Manor House (under 15 min walk), Harringay train station (11 mins), Overground (5 mins) and good bus routes.

You’d be living with me, Kirsty, I’m a 31 year old professional from Scotland and usually in the office 3-4 days, so looking for someone with a similar schedule. I love music, reading, exercise and travelling, so if you share any of those interests then great! I want the flat to feel like home, so looking for someone chilled, clean and who would be up for having dinner or a wine together from time to time.

Bills are around £170 each per month.

Move in date is 1st July. It’s a 12 month lease with a 6 month rolling break clause. It’s through a private landlord so references are required.
