I am looking for a decent human being who would like to join as a roommate in a single room.

A lady is currently living in the room and I need one more female to join as a roommate. I would like her to be responsible, neat, and professional in a very quiet, tidy, clean and peaceful place. The rent for a single room with Bunk Bed will be £380.

This flat is in the Hendon area, NW4; which is in line with Hendon Way, 8 minutes away from Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Hendon Central Underground Station(Zone 3 Northern Line), Nuffield Gym, and also 11 minutes by bus and 18 minutes by walking away from Middlesex University, bus stops are just a few minutes away by walk, so the location is great, easy access to all parts of London; Amazing transportation links! All shops, cafes, post offices and banks are nearby and tennis courts and a park are around the corner.

The room will be ready to move in from the first of October. Move-in day is flexible so it could be anytime. Also, the flat is spacious and airy with professional ladies and a safe area.
