I’m looking for a couple to take over the current tenancy from mid-June 2024 (flexibility to start earlier/later, can be discussed).

It’s a 1 double bed flat on the 7th floor in a brand new apartment complex. The flat comes fully furnished and there is a spacious living area that opens to a balcony. There is a washing machine/dryer and plenty of storage room. Some kitchen amenities included (dishwasher, microwave etc) and plenty of space to work from home. Apartment building is access only for residents as additional security.

You’ll have access to a free private residence gym. There’s a concierge to collect parcels when you’re out.

It’s a 5 mins walk to Hendon Station (Thameslink) and 15 mins to Hendon Central (Northern Line) and the supermarket is a 5 mins walk. Bills not included (£100 - £150 a month). Council Tax Band C.
