Room For The Summer With Option To Stay Longer

I'm a student at Middlesex University in Hendon. I live 5 minutes from the university in a 7 person house share (including myself). I am leaving my housing in the end of May or June (negotiable) and my contract/lease is until Aug. 11, so I need someone to replace me for most of that period. I plan to complete an internship over the summer and will not be renewing the contract because I will have finished my program.

I am not asking for a deposit, only the 2 months rent of 476. 66 GBP per month. Bills are paid by two of the housemates, so you will not need to pay bills, unless for some reason the bills were to skyrocket, in which case they would be shared. If you are already in the area, then I would be glad to meet with you and show you the house. The landlord was originally planning to sell the house, but has offered to continue to rent, if the group pays higher rent. Therefore, there is an option to stay on with higher rent.

My roomies are all students at the uni, studying different subjects in their early 20s. I, myself, am late 20s.

There are 3 floors, 6 bedrooms total (1 used to be a living room, but it was converted to a bedroom for the two girls paying bills). There is 1 living room (used to be 2 before one was converted.) There are 2 showers, but 1 is in someone's bedroom. And there are 2 other toilets without showers. There is a washer, but clothes are dried on drying racks.

It is on Newark Way, about 15 min. walk to Hendon Central tube station, and there are buses within a closer distance. It takes me about 35 min. from Hendon Central to reach Central London - Leicester Square.

The house, itself, is very nice and clean. It has a garden in back. Everything was very freshly painted and with new furniture when I moved here in October 2013. When I move, you are free to keep the additional desk, rug, and full-length mirror I purchased (or dispose of it). We keep the house clean with certain people responsible for cleaning certain parts.
