King Size Double Room Hendon *All Bills Inc*

A huge double bed king-size room in a 4 bedroom flat in Hendon. The room has wooden flooring and a mirrored fireplace. Situated just a 3 min brisk walk from Hendon thameslink station (takes about 12mins to get to Kings Cross).
Shared by two fresh film graduates who are now working and one lovely Jewish boy Avi who works at Waterstones.
We use the kitchen as a communal area, we have a table there and we usually sit down and chill after work. We are good friends, so we are looking to live with someone who will fit in with us and our flat.
The flat is suited for an open minded individual who doesn't mind things being a bit weird and not perfect, someone who will accept that we use an old brick as a door stop for when we sit on the steps outside the front door smoking.
We are welcoming and accepting, but this place will not suit someone who wants a brand new, shiny, carpeted bedroom with a headboard because we have Gypsy style electric meters that work only with cards bought from our Greek landlord (his sons walk around topless though when they fix the stuff that breaks).
