Hiya, we are a couple seeking a third person to our household - An upstairs room, UNFURNISHED, comes only with a bedframe. Two bathrooms, one with bath tub. Great security in the area.
No common living room, but a table in the kitchen.
One of us is a professional musician, so there will be violin music through the house from time to time, but the walls are not thin.
The other is a professional photographer/videographer.
We are not overly social but don't mind the occasional movie or board game hangout, or some Playstation couch fun. Both very down-to-earth and will expect you to be the same.
If you're a student, we would have to ask for council tax (Band C) to be covered by you regardless.
