Large Double Bedroom in Hendon

Hi there,

I am looking for a female tenant to take over this Large Master Bedroom which is available the from 14th JULY 2014 with a contract that is a minimum of 6 months. You may stay longer that the contract if you wish.

The house is located in a lovely neighborhood in Southfields, Hendon. The area is quite and safe. This is a family home. Everyone works during the day and only comes home in the evening. Sunny Hill park is located right next to the house.

Deposit for this room is £500 and there will be no admin fee.

The room is fully furnished and includes:

1.)Double storage Bed with bedding. Pillows etc.
2.)2 wardrobes
3.)Table with small Ikea drawers
4.)Shelf with HDMI TV
5.)Fridge

There is a bus stop within a 3 minute walk from the house that goes to Hendon Central in 5 minutes. There is also the night bus service that stops at this stop.

Behind the house is Sunny Hill Park. And Middlesex University is within a 10 minute walk.

This house would be suitable for students because it is so close to Middlesex University. The landlady would be able to negotiate moving in date and hold the room as long as deposit is paid.

It is also suitable for a professional seeking a to spend a quite weekend at home or a nice walk in the park.

The reason that I am leaving this place is because I am graduating and have to go home.
