Herne Hill station is 2 mins away and trains take you to Victoria ( 9 mins) Blackfriars (10mis) King Cross (15 mins) Elephant and Castle ( 5 mis) , Brixton Tube station is 10 min walking, bus stop are all around and take you to different places all over London (3/196/37/322/468/68) 3 night buses 37/N68/N3.

Looking for someone who keep the house clean and traet the place like home, someone who can respect and keep the common area nice and tidy
Cleaning done once a week and I have a cleaning rota for common area,
I try to keep the house clean and tidy during the week so on the weekend the person who is up for cleaning does't have to spend the day cleaning.

Gas/electricity/water/council tax/internet come 150£ per month on top of the rent
