Hello! I’ve got a furnished room + private bathroom available from end April (28th), in a two-bed flat with live-in Landlord (me!). The flat is located in a quiet and modern gated development on a residential street, 2 mins from Brockwell Park.
Looking for someone who is looking for a nice, clean and modern place to live, who ideally works in office more than WFH.
Current flatmate is moving in with her bf around 26th April, so room is available from then initially on either a monthly basis or any amount up to 12 months.
Herne Hill has great transport links on Thameslink (to Blackfriars, Victoria, Farringdon etc), or 10 min bus to Brixton for access to Victoria line. Also easy access to nearby Clapham, Balham, Dulwich and Peckham.
I’m in office 3 days per week and generally spend a lot of my spare time playing & watching sport and being active.
