Attic bedroom (own floor Highgate)

I’m looking for someone to move in to my flat with me from mid May (half rent for May) It’s located in highgate, In between Highgate and East Finchley tube stations (both on the northern line) direct tube to central London in 20 mins.

I’m looking for someone who would be able to sign contracts within the next few weeks as the contract now starts mid May (half rent for this month). Please feel free to send me a message ladies xx

Rent is £800 a month plus all bills , on average this is £120 pp/pm, this will likley be cheaper in summer months. Advanced rent / deposit will be required x

I will be starting my one year placement at the end of June in central London, I’m preferably looking for another girl on placement/ grad job/ uni who can commit to a minimum 12 month contract:)

The tennancy contract is secure due to my sister having previously lived there ( she is moving out in May) , we will be taking over this tennancy, meaning viewings can be arranged at anytime for you!

The area is lovely and the flat is secure with gates and 1x parking spot, its a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat, with the attic room upstairs.
Walking distance to Muswell Hill, Alexandra Palace and Hampstead Heath
