Awesome Flatmate Required

Bonjour. Tom (musician) and I (photographer) have just found this amazing house in Hither Green. The area is lovely. It has a lovely village feel to it with a deli, cafe, florist and an great pub with beer garden.

Hither Green train station is a 4 minute walk which is 10 minutes into London Bridge. The house itself is also opposite a small local convenience store.

We are close to Lewisham town centre and not too far from Blackheath and Greenwich.

We need a 3rd person to sign the contract with us. Referencing is £50. The estate agents are lovely and happy to show potential flatmates around. Tom and I will try and come too or we can Skype.

From the lounge, there is a 2nd reception room that we have decided to use as a study/music room/art room (as I paint too). There is also a downstairs W/C.

We are very clean and tidy. This house will be a home on the edge of the city.

As we are moving into the house on the 1st May, unfurnished, you will need to provide your own bed, wardrobe and drawers. The room fits all of this in. The measurements are - 12 (t0 the door) x 8. 6. There is also a loft for extra storage.

I already own some furniture but I will be buying a sofa for the lounge. We will need a TV and a table and chairs for the kitchen so maybe this is something we could split?

Broadband/cable TV, shouldn't be more than £15 per person/pcm. I will make sure we are all hooked up for the 1st May. Council tax works out at around £40 pcm (excluding 2 months of the year when you don't pay at all).
