Double Room Available in Sociable House!

We have a double room available in our lovely, steal of a house! £483 per month, exclusive of bills which are just less than a hundred a month each.
I live here with my boyfriend Ben and our current housemate and her lovely cat are moving closer to her work.
It's a really good sized room that will be offered unfurnished or furnished, whatevers best for you. Me and Ben are pretty quiet during the week (he's a personal trainer, I work in an eye hospital) but we come out to play at the weekends sometimes so you hopefully won't be adverse to that!
We have an absolutely cracking garden! Makes up for the lack of living room during the summer months!
The kitchen photos are a touch out dated, the furniture is different now but I'll get round to updating them soon enough.
There's a couple of nice pubs within ten minutes, a couple of parks (one with friendly squirrels you can feed) and a tesco local and coop within five and two minutes. It's a ten minute walk to Lewisham market and a ten minute walk to Hither green station. There's also a whole load of buses that go from the end of the road to various places (lewisham hospital stop).
Also, I have an unfounded fear of answering the phone to unknown numbers, so text or leaving a voicemail is best if phone is your preferred contact method!
