Double room near Holloway Road station

This cosy double room with a perfect location is available until the end of my current tenancy contract (28th August), with the possibility to renew for a new contract if you wanted to stay for longer.

The room is in a very quiet and peaceful street and is in a great location : 6min walk to Holloway road tube station and Caledonian Road station. It also has all amenities close by and many transport links.

The tenants are all lovely (2 men and 1 woman) and are all European professionals in their late 20's, working outside of home.

The room is on the ground floor and comprises a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with chair. Some of the furniture on the photos is mine, but I would consider leaving it if you wanted to buy it.

The bills are about £130 per month/person.
