I am looking for a person to share my characterful 19th century house, 3 minutes from Homerton Overground Station and 10 minutes from Victoria Park in a diverse, culturally-vibrant neighbourhood. The spacious, sunny, double room on 1st floor is dual aspect, with plenty of storage, giving access to a roof garden. There is a toilet and washbasin next to the room, with a shared bathroom on ground floor. Shared kitchen and lovely garden.
I am a professional freelance musician and writer, frequently WFH. Also in the house is my adorable 7 year old whippet.
The person I seek would be:
• A professional in stable employment
• mostly working away from home
