Subletting my furnished double bedroom available May 26th, in a female only 4 bedroom flat in Homerton. Men also welcome just know you’ll be living with 3 women!

You’ll be taking over the last 3 months of my tenancy, which ends August 23rd.

Location:
Basically in the heart of Hackney, you’re a 20 minute bus from Borough Market, 10 mins walk from Mare Street, roughly 15 minutes from Victoria Park which is so lovely in the summer! Columbia flower market is also super close, 25 minutes on the bus :)

Transport links:
Right in between Hackney Wick and Hackney Central overground stations 8 mins walk to either, roughly 6 minutes walk to Homerton overground. Roughly 30-45 minutes to Central London depending on where you’re going either via bus or the overground. Also there’s a bus stop right outside which is super handy!

Amenities:
Co-op right outside, big Tesco within walking distance (15 minutes), and so many bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Rent: £637.5
Bills: roughly £50-60 month. Council tax £42 a month.
Deposit: £735

It’s such a lovely room, and comes fully furnished other than the clothing rail.
