The room is south-east facing, so it gets plenty of sun throughout the day. Wake up with a view over the canal towards Hackney Wick and London Stadium. It will be unfurnished but has plenty of storage with a large in-built double wardrobe.

The living room and kitchen feel spacious for two people and our balcony has some amazing views of the Marshes and surrounds. Some of the furniture (and most of the plants) in the living room belong to my departing flatmate, so there's an opportunity to bring your own if you have it.

Rent is £1050 pcm.
Deposit is 5 weeks of rent.
Bills come to around £150, in addition.

🚌 TRANSPORT
There are frequent buses to Stratford, Leyton and Hackney less than 2 min walk away. Homerton Overground is about 12 min walk. Vibrant Hackney Bridge is about 15 mins walk away - super handy for summer.
