Im moving out with a close friend and my room is becoming available. The room is very spacious and has its own private balcony.

The room is in a house spread across 3 floors with a super chill yet clean sharing situation with 3 females. The house has one full bathroom in the middle floor plus a half one 🚽 in the top one which you’d share with one more person. Ample storage both in the room and in the house. There is also a private garden 🪴.

Last, but not least, the house’s location in between Hoxton and Haggerston is honestly hard to beat…🚶 right next to the canal, 5 min walk to Hoxton overground station, 15 walk to Shoreditch, and 15 min walk to Broadway mkt.

Bills come around 130 a month/person. Open to negotiate price according to length of stay and move in date.
