The room available to let is the bigger one of the two, it has a double bed and a spacious closet (~15sq metres).

I am moving places and looking for someone to stay in my room for a few weeks - females preferred as the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony) are shared with one female flatmate. The landlord might agree to let someone stay longer (a few months) - happy to explain details.

The flat is newly renovated, very spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the equipment including a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower cabin and a bathtub. The balcony faces New North Road and it's sunny from the early afternoon onwards.

Area: Lost cafes and supermarkets around. Busses to the city & London bridge (21, 141), Waterloo (76) around the corner, 7 min walk to a bus stop with busses departing towards Kings Cross, Paddington, Oxford Circus.
Shoreditch Park (2min), Regent's Canal (5min), Hoxton Station - overground (10min), Old Street Station (7min), Shoreditch (10min).
