Beautiful and modern cozy Ensuit room close from city university of London, shordetch high street and angel
Ps- the pictures are from October when the place wasn’t tidy and furniture was in a different setting. I’ll upload recent pictures today once I get back.

Hoxton station merely a 7 minute walk away with grocery store right under the flat that provides everything. Poundlands 5 minutes away and my favorite papa jones is write on the opposite side. Great selection of takeaways with a Sunday pop up market right in-front of the building. Great location to live in.

you will be sharing the flat with 4 guys and one girl. All of them either studying at city university of London or doing an internship through them.
The flat is a mix of people with a 9-5 and students but everyone goes along very well. Everyone is very friendly.

The flat also got a big kitchen with modern amenities. A living room with an L shaped couch and a big dining table. The living room also hosts the best view of sunset. All the flatmates usually come together during the sunset to hangout as it’s soo pretty.
Washing machine and dryer is separate so no need to wait long hours to use the washing machine

The room consists of a big built in closet, double bed, tv and a big desk with a mini fridge inside. Enough for all your groceries, but don’t worry there’s a really big fridge on the kitchen too. The room is an ensuit with a very modern and nice shower.

All bills are included except electricity which out be 20pound a month for your room and 7 pound a week for shared spaces. Topping up electricity is super easy and can be done with your phone and Apple Pay. The rent consists of all other bill including water heating tax and internet.
