First floor room £750: Very nice and sunny room facing the river Thames.
Includes a double bed, wardrobe, lounge chair and small cupboard.

All the bills are included, except a TV license and house cleaner.

THE HOUSE
Lovely house by the river.
A new combi boiler was installed last year.
A new oven, hobs and washing machine!
Good shower pressure!

Ground floor:
Shared kitchen and big double bedroom.
Shared toilet.

First floor:
Two double bedrooms, one is en-suite rented by me.

Second floor:
Another double bedroom and a big shared bathroom.

The three bedrooms share the bathroom as I have my own en-suite.

THE LOCATION
It is in a very nice and quiet street, 30 secs from the river Thames.
The bus stop is 1 min away (+ night busses).
20 mins walk to Canary Wharf tube station or 12 mins by bus.
The tube: Island Gardens(8 Mins walk) and Mudchete(6 mins walk).
There are local shops around and a nice coffee shop next to the Island Gardens station.
Big ASDA next to the Mudchute Park and Farm, 12 mins walk or 5 mins by bus.
Local pubs and restaurants around.
Cutty Sark is about 15-17 mins walk through the Greenwich foot tunnel.

ABOUT MYSELF AND THE OTHER FLATMATES
I am a 37-year-old male and live with my girlfriend. I have been living in London for the past 10 years and 2 and a half years in this house. We are easygoing, sociable, respectful, and considerate. We mainly work from home, and a peaceful environment is really important to us! We are into sports, a healthy lifestyle, going out, and enjoy meeting new people.

The other two rooms are occupied by two professional women with backgrounds in tech.

At home, we like to keep things clean and tidy, always washing up after ourselves and not leaving any mess.

ABOUT THE NEW FLATMATE
Similar people who are sociable and want a place to call home. NONSMOKERS!
Tidy, clean and respectful is a must (no doors banging or shouting, especially at night).
You are more than welcome to have your partner or friends around but It's not a party house.

Min stay 6 months.
The deposit is one month's rent.

A cleaner comes every 2-3 weeks to clean the shared parts. The cost is shared between all of us.
