Hi girls!
I am moving out of my room as I am relocating outside of London for a new job and I am looking for a girl to replace me!
THE HOUSE: the house is three floors with a massive living room which open out to a backyard/ garden. The landlord has provided brand new outdoor furniture as well! There is also a large kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor consists of the available room and another room, a shared bathroom and an extra toilet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
THE ROOM: The available room is relatively larger than the others. It has 3.5 full wardrobes, a large cabinet of drawers, side table, and a study table. The room gets sunlight from sunrise to sunset and faces the Thames!
THE LOCATION: The house is located a minute walk from the Thames Walk and a 20mins walk from Greenwich. A bus stop connecting Canary Wharf and Central London is a minute walk. Island Garden and Mudchute DLR stations are 6 minutes walk.
THE FLATMATES: The 3 current tenants are absolutely lovely! All of them have a hybrid work arrangement and are always down to have a post-work chat! They love spending the weekends together or having a nice meal after work. However, we have always valued each other's personal time and boundaries. They are a delight to live with :)
THE BILLS: No bills are included. The house is Council Tax band E. The total bills (wifi, water, energy and council tax) come upto £100-120 per person depending on energy usage. Water, wifi and Council tax are fixed.
